This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the transition of clients from their current systems to the Ncontracts product suite, ensuring seamless conversions through effective client service and change management.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and possess in-depth knowledge of the product.
• Assess client needs, propose solutions, and collaborate with leadership and support teams to tackle any potential challenges.
• Develop strong client relationships by establishing clear expectations and fostering trust.
• Ensure that client requirements and objectives are clearly defined and understood by the project team.
• Guide clients on best practices and necessary changes in systems/processes to achieve implementation objectives.
• Facilitate training sessions through phone, web, or in-person interactions.
• Keep accurate records of project status in the management system, provide real-time updates, and proactively address risks.
• Manage project implementations to ensure they remain on schedule and are completed promptly.
• Collaborate with sales partners to align client expectations and offer product expertise.
• Support the training and mentoring of new team members.
• Continuously enhance implementation processes, client experience, satisfaction, and retention.
• Suggest improvements in project management processes and methodologies.
• Minimum experience in one of the following areas: Business Continuity, Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, Findings management, or Cybersecurity management is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in implementation, training, or customer service is required.
• Familiarity with Ncontracts’ solutions is advantageous.
• Experience in managing projects using a project management system is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
