Senior Strategic Analyst, AI Native

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct both ad hoc and regular analyses pertaining to marketing initiatives, channel performance, pricing strategies, lead generation, and partner growth.

• Deliver analytical insights and assessments for lifecycle and product teams, encompassing business cases and scenario modeling.

• Create presentation-ready materials that encapsulate key insights, trends, and recommendations.

• Assist leadership in crafting documents for partner meetings and internal evaluations.

• Cultivate an in-depth understanding of the lifecycle and product pipeline, audience segmentation, and event-level data.

• Perform continuous data analysis to pinpoint underperforming functionalities and proactively highlight or escalate issues.

• Design and sustain regular dashboards and reports for sales, marketing, and leadership teams.

• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, CoPilot, Tableau GPT, Claude, and Cursor for reporting automation and data exploration assistance.

• Collaborate with lifecycle and product teams to comprehend OKRs, identify opportunities, and provide analytical support for key initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline.

• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar position.

• Previous industry experience is advantageous.

• Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) along with advanced Excel proficiency.

• Familiarity with data warehousing and data mining is a plus.

• Knowledge of BI technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Qlik) is desirable.

• Proficiency in SQL is essential.

• Experience with Python is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and foster innovation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a talent for converting data into actionable insights.

• Proven experience in leveraging AI and generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, CoPilot) to expedite analysis, automate workflows, and highlight actionable insights.

• Must possess a high level of curiosity, motivation, and discipline.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
