• Cultivate strong relationships and take charge of managing a robust P&L for the current portfolio of accounts within our Direct, SOW, and MSP domains.
• Create a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at meeting or surpassing sales goals by exploring new opportunities, categories, and clients.
• Collaborate with senior management on new initiatives and programs that drive growth.
• Develop innovative strategies to reach team objectives through creative approaches.
• Identify opportunities and collaborate with the proposal team to address and fulfill RFIs and RFPs.
• Conduct regular onsite visits with clients to develop rapport and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
• Participate in community networking events to establish additional business connections.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders, department heads, stakeholders, decision-makers, and procurement teams.
• Regularly monitor customer satisfaction through quality metrics and client scorecards.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for all current clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends and identify new opportunities for portfolio growth.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in Strategic Account Management and Business Development.
• More than 5 years of experience with Direct, SOW, and MSP-based clients in the commercial sector.
• Preferred 3+ years of experience in the oil and gas and energy industry.
• Proven experience in sourcing, qualifying, and responding to RFI/RFPs.
• Experience in developing sales automation systems and processes, utilizing the latest technologies and AI for task automation and outreach.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Leadership capabilities – Ability to set and execute a clear vision, strategy, and goals.
• Growth and Development mindset – Willingness to learn and adapt to deliver results and compete effectively.
• Must be tech-savvy and knowledgeable about current technologies and recruitment trends.
