• Formulate and implement a long-term sales strategy aimed at maximizing revenue and establishing Renesas as a key partner for a prominent global industrial conglomerate.
• Oversee the complete sales process, from identifying opportunities and engaging in technical design-in activities to final revenue generation.
• Indirectly guide and align a worldwide team of account managers and technical experts to ensure uniform execution across various international locations.
• Market and promote integrated "Winning Combination" solutions by utilizing Renesas’ extensive range of MCUs, Analog, and Power products.
• Provide precise monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts while overseeing regional point of sale (POS) and backlog information.
• Collaborate closely with Field Application Engineers (FAEs) and Business Unit leaders to align Renesas’ product development with the customer's long-term technical requirements.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships across the customer’s engineering, purchasing, and executive leadership teams.
• Work in coordination with procurement and distribution partners to guarantee smooth fulfillment and supply chain support globally and within the Southeast territory.
• Direct global cross-functional internal teams to address technical or commercial challenges with high energy and commitment.
• Over 6 years of technical and executive-level sales experience within the semiconductor sector.
• Proven success in expanding major accounts and implementing sales strategies to enhance revenue and market presence.
• Experience managing the entire sales funnel, from opportunity identification through design-in to revenue realization.
• Demonstrated capability to lead global cross-functional teams and indirectly supervise international account teams.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to market solution-based silicon and intricate system architectures.
• Exceptional skills in customer engagement, negotiation, and relationship building with engineering and executive leadership.
• Results-focused and analytical mindset for delivering precise revenue forecasts and managing business data.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a global role that requires travel.
• Previous experience managing a prestigious, multi-billion dollar global industrial conglomerate is highly preferred.
