Senior / Staff Site Reliability Engineer, Blockchain Infra

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• You oversee compute infrastructure along with the applications that rely on it.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of each application's architecture, optimal operating procedures, and troubleshooting methods for when issues arise.

• Record your findings, detailing what went wrong and strategies to avert similar problems in the future.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are adept at collaborating effectively within distributed teams, prioritizing clear and consistent communication.

• You evaluate the challenges presented to the team critically and can suggest multiple solutions, ideally captured in written documentation.

• You are proactive, taking initiative while considering the overall success of the team.

• You are comfortable engaging in English, both verbally and in writing.

• You possess experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and GitOps methodologies.

• You have hands-on experience with workload orchestration tools, such as Kubernetes.

• You can analyze software design and distributed systems effectively.

• You are proficient in at least one programming language.

• You have experience operating Blockchain RPC nodes and Validators, such as Ethereum, Solana, or comparable platforms.
