This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Develop the strategic roadmap for comprehensive AI/ML lifecycles.
• Design the AI Development Factory platform to facilitate data ingestion, curate training sets, and deploy enterprise AI models.
• Ensure that model-development tools are efficient, secure, and high-performing.
• Lead the integration of governance and protocols to regulate model behavior and maintain security-policy compliance.
• Create and enhance observability layers for tracking performance and troubleshooting intricate multi-step workflows.
• Connect raw data lakes to production-level AI.
• Deliver a top-tier AI platform for global clientele.
• Work collaboratively with the AI Foundations team and various cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 8 years, or a PhD with 5 years in Product Management focused on AI/ML platform products.
• Familiarity with the AI/ML lifecycle, encompassing model fine-tuning (SFT/RLHF), orchestration architectures, and data ingestion pipelines (ETL/ELT).
• Experience in implementing security measures, compliance frameworks, and guidelines within AI or software development platforms.
• Background in developing or overseeing observability tools, tracing, or monitoring systems for distributed systems or ML models.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis and managing large-scale data flows into AI-compatible formats.
• Practical experience with model and agent development lifecycles, including PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
• Understanding of MLOps and LLMOps principles in networking or cybersecurity contexts.
• Proven experience in building ecosystems, APIs, or SDKs for enterprise-level AI platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to promote adoption of builder-centric products and advance AI solutions from concept to market.
