This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of a key product segment within the AI Knowledge Graph.
• Convert customer requirements and business objectives into product roadmaps, specifications, and quantifiable results.
• Establish capabilities that integrate telemetry, assets, topology, metadata, and business entities.
• Facilitate semantic search, contextual analytics, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic AI workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture on graph schemas, ontologies, metadata integrations, and scalable data-processing and enrichment pipelines.
• Manage the product lifecycle from initial discovery and prioritization through to launch, adoption, and ongoing enhancement.
• Assess customer value, adoption rates, contextual-result quality, platform usage, and reuse across Security, Observability, and IT experiences.
• Spearhead customer discovery and synchronize engineering, architecture, design, go-to-market, and partner teams towards achieving product outcomes.
• Bachelor's Degree with over 11 years of experience.
• More than 8 years of product management or comparable technical product experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in enterprise data, AI/ML, search, metadata, or platform products.
• Proven experience in delivering enterprise software or data-platform capabilities from customer discovery and requirements specification to launch and adoption.
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs, graph databases, semantic models or ontologies, metadata systems, vector search, or retrieval-augmented generation.
• Experience in defining products utilizing distributed data-processing technologies like Apache Spark or similar frameworks for large-scale ingestion, transformation, and enrichment.
• Proficient in creating product requirements, roadmaps, data or API specifications, prioritization frameworks, and measurable success criteria in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Preferred: experience with Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, RDF/OWL, GraphRAG, LangChain, vector databases, or hybrid semantic search.
• Preferred: knowledge of agentic AI, Model Context Protocol, enterprise RAG systems, embedding pipelines, or federated data architectures.
• Preferred: product experience in observability, cybersecurity, IT operations, machine data, or enterprise data intelligence.
• Preferred: experience in building platform capabilities utilized by multiple products, personas, or business domains in hybrid or multi-cloud settings.
• Ability to lead customer discovery and align cross-functional teams around clear product objectives.
