This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Design and develop large-scale reconciliation and workflow solutions utilizing SmartStream TLM.
• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, discovery workshops, and discussions with stakeholders.
• Create scalable and modular solutions that align with both business and technical specifications.
• Configure, tailor, and maintain TLM implementations, upgrades, and performance enhancements.
• Develop AI-driven and automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Engage in reconciliation processes involving Cards, Payments, General Ledger, Nostro, and VAT.
• Assess business needs and convert them into technical solutions, proof of concepts, and prototypes.
• Oversee integrations with core banking systems, APIs, middleware, and file-based interfaces.
• Assist in UAT, production deployments, post-implementation validation, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Business teams to deliver comprehensive enterprise solutions.
• Take part in product roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and discussions on solution strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and financial reporting obligations.
• Operate within Agile delivery frameworks alongside global delivery teams across APAC, EMEA, and the US.
• Over 7.5 years of professional experience.
• Extensive experience in SmartStream TLM implementation, customization, administration, and support.
• Proficiency in reconciliation systems pertaining to Cards, Payments, GL, Nostro, and VAT.
• Experience in the banking domain.
• Strong grasp of the financial transaction lifecycle and reconciliation processes.
• Experience in designing enterprise workflow architecture and orchestrating processes.
• Familiarity with data mapping, ETL processes, data pipelines, and file formats such as CSV, XML, and SWIFT.
• Practical experience with Oracle Flexcube or comparable core banking systems.
• Solid understanding of Oracle/SQL databases and query optimization techniques.
• Experience working in Unix/Linux environments, along with Shell or Python scripting skills.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and enterprise-level integrations.
• Experience in integrating systems via APIs, middleware, and file-based interfaces.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
