• Your role involves assisting Nagarro in securing projects by creating narratives, strategies, and proposals that persuade clients to accept our offerings.

• The primary focus of the job is to transform vague opportunities into engaging, unique proposals that lead to success.

• Formulate narrative strategies for pursuits, RFPs, and proactive proposals that set Nagarro apart in competitive assessments.

• Assist clients in recognizing opportunities at the intersection of business, technology, and AI, even before they realize they need them.

• Influence product and design strategies within proposals, ensuring that every pitch is backed by credible and specific insights regarding construction methods.

• Convert intricate AI and technology capabilities into straightforward narratives that resonate with client challenges and business objectives.

• Play a role in establishing AI-native teams at Nagarro, influencing how these teams are positioned and marketed.

• Create reusable narrative frameworks, case study materials, and pitch templates that enhance the quality of pursuits.

• Incorporate AI as a fundamental element of your workflow: research, synthesis, drafting, and analysis.

• A strong sense of product and design. You can speak authoritatively about how things should be constructed, not merely how they should be articulated.

• Business consulting instincts. You comprehend client issues at a strategic level and can frame solutions in terms of outcomes rather than just deliverables.

• Proficient written and visual communication that is clear, precise, and convincing. You are equally adept at composing a strategy narrative and directing a slide presentation.

• Fluency in AI as a strategic viewpoint. Not as a technical expert, but as someone who understands how AI transforms products, services, and organizations, and can seamlessly integrate that perspective into proposals.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity. Pitch work seldom comes with perfect briefs, especially in the rapidly evolving AI landscape where the correct answers are still being formulated. You find this stimulating rather than daunting.

• Self-motivation. You excel with independence, deadlines, and creative freedom, producing exceptional work without needing constant oversight.

• Versatility across strategy and execution. You can conceptualize at the level of a business case and then delve into the specifics of a particular slide or paragraph.
