This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee and manage all testing operations across three suppliers, ensuring that requirements and quality standards are achieved prior to go-live.
• Evaluate, provide input on, and orchestrate System Integration Testing (SIT) activities with all suppliers.
• Establish, strategize, and implement cross-supplier SIT scenarios and test cases.
• Facilitate, assist, and carry out User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders.
• Monitor, manage, and document defects throughout all testing phases, leading defect triage discussions.
• Track defect resolution progress and guarantee the timely closure of critical issues.
• Compile sprint test reports, testing dashboards, and quality metrics for project stakeholders.
• Perform go-live readiness evaluations and coordinate formal test approvals.
• Work alongside development, business, and vendor teams to ensure comprehensive solution quality.
• Maintain compliance with testing standards, processes, and governance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Recognize testing risks and proactively initiate mitigation and resolution measures.
• Serve as the main point of contact for testing-related initiatives across various stakeholders and suppliers.
• 7.5+ years of cumulative experience.
• Extensive experience in test management and coordination for large-scale implementation projects.
• Practical experience in ServiceNow testing across various modules and integrations.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, Vulnerability Management, CMDB, and integrations with security scanning tools such as Qualys and Wiz.
• Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Proven track record in managing testing activities within multi-vendor or multi-supplier settings.
• Strong defect management skills, including defect logging, tracking, reporting, and triage coordination.
• Familiarity with go-live readiness assessments, quality gates, and release governance processes.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) or other ServiceNow test automation solutions is preferred.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Experience working autonomously in geographically dispersed Agile teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is essential.
• ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) Micro-Certification is required.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
