This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Serve as an Oracle Fusion US Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Compensation.
• Configure, implement, enhance, and provide support for Oracle Fusion US Payroll.
• Collect, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into scalable solutions using Oracle Fusion.
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Benefits and Workforce Compensation modules.
• Conduct payroll impact analysis for Benefits, Compensation, Time & Labor, Absence, and other HCM modifications.
• Assist with comprehensive payroll processing, including QuickPay, calculations, retro pay, balance adjustments, costing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
• Validate and reconcile payroll results, investigating discrepancies among payroll, costing, and financial outputs.
• Ensure that solutions comply with US payroll laws, taxation, statutory, and compliance regulations.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas.
• Design, develop, and maintain HCM Extracts.
• Create and support BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, dashboards, and SQL-based reporting solutions.
• Handle HCM data migration and maintenance utilizing HDL, HSDL, and Spreadsheet Loader.
• Support integrations with Time & Labor, Benefits, Absence Management, General Ledger, and external applications.
• Diagnose payroll and integration issues, identify root causes, and apply corrective measures.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, payroll parallel testing, production validation, and deployment activities.
• Assist with Oracle Fusion quarterly updates through impact assessments, regression testing, and remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, payroll subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and client leadership.
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Engage in implementation, rollout, enhancement, AMS, and production support initiatives.
• Identify areas for payroll optimization, automation, reporting improvements, and enhanced system functionalities.
• Provide technical and functional guidance and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Manage assigned deliverables, prioritize tasks, and deliver quality solutions within established timelines.
• Minimum of 8 years of total experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, particularly with Oracle Fusion US Payroll.
• In-depth understanding of US Payroll legislation, taxation, statutory compliance, payroll validation, balancing, and reconciliation processes.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Benefits and Workforce Compensation modules.
• Experience with QuickPay, payroll calculations, retro pay, balance adjustments, costing, and payroll reconciliation.
• Background in payroll costing and General Ledger integration.
• Knowledge of payroll interfaces and integrations with Time & Labor, Benefits, Absence Management, and other HCM modules.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Fast Formulas for Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation.
• Proficient in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and SQL-based reporting.
• Experience with HDL/HSDL and Spreadsheet Loader.
• Strong skills in payroll impact analysis and root-cause analysis.
• Familiarity with SIT, UAT, regression testing, payroll parallel testing, production validation, and post-production support.
• Experience in supporting Oracle Fusion implementation, enhancement, AMS, and production support engagements.
• Preferred experience with US-based clients and US payroll operations.
• Desirable experience in supporting global HCM implementations and AMS engagements.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, payroll teams, functional consultants, technical teams, and client leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional global teams.
