This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Demonstrating a consulting approach by serving as a solution provider instead of merely taking orders.
• Recognizing project/service stakeholders early and collaborating with them to ensure that deliverables align with the benefits outlined in the business case.
• Functioning as a liaison between business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams.
• Partnering with Salesforce Architects and Developers to create scalable, best-practice solutions.
• Assessing solution feasibility in relation to Salesforce platform capabilities and project constraints.
• Developing and maintaining process flows, business process models, functional diagrams, and relevant documentation.
• Actively participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Serving as a trusted advisor to users by articulating Salesforce capabilities and solution trade-offs.
• Facilitating user adoption through the creation of training materials, user guides, and release notes.
• Evaluating existing Salesforce implementations and proposing process improvements and optimization opportunities.
• Planning, organizing, and overseeing the project to deliver high-quality business solutions.
• Defining project/service scope, managing goals, risks, issues, and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentoring and managing team members by providing ongoing feedback and guidance.
• Ensuring that project work quality meets established governance, process standards, and best practices.
• Reporting on the status of all key metrics (e.g., risk, scope, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction) from initiation through closure.
• Assisting the account management team in addressing new project requests.
• Identifying opportunities within the current engagement for cross-selling or up-selling Nagarro’s offerings.
• Total Experience: 7.5+ years
• Strong experience in requirements analysis and elicitation.
• Proficient in agile fundamentals and methodologies, RFPs, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Hands-on functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is essential.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce standard objects such as Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, and associated processes.
• Experience with Salesforce configurations, including Flows, Validation Rules, Assignment Rules, Approval Processes, and Reporting.
• Ability to conduct change impact analysis and support release/change management activities.
• Understanding of Salesforce data models, security models, and access controls at a functional level.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and middleware concepts (functional understanding).
• Experience in Business Analysis functions, with a solid technical understanding and the ability to create BRDs, FSDs, and coordinate functional and non-functional requirements and testing.
• Knowledge of use case/story preparation, process flow diagrams, and relationship diagrams such as flow charts and methodologies.
• Awareness of high-quality professional software engineering practices for the agile software development cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and deployment.
• Effective communication skills with users, other technical teams, and management to gather requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
• A passion for developing exceptional solutions.
• Commitment to mentoring team members to meet client needs and holding them accountable for delivering high standards.
• Ability to understand and relate technology integration scenarios, applying insights in complex troubleshooting situations.
