Senior Staff Attorney – Workers' Compensation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Manage intricate and high-stakes workers' compensation litigation.

• Evaluate complex substantive and procedural legal and factual matters.

• Perform comprehensive and well-founded legal research.

• Independently formulate and present defense strategies.

• Draft pleadings, depositions, motions, and briefs.

• Deliver effective and timely communications, information, and legal counsel.

• Prepare and present witnesses and evidence at trials autonomously.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law institution.

• License to practice law in good standing in the State of Illinois.

• At least 5 years of legal experience in Workers' Compensation Litigation.

• Strong skills in legal research and writing.

• Proven expertise and familiarity with managing claim cases and litigation.
