Lawyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate agreements with customers, vendors, and procurement that are moderately complex, applying judgment beyond standard protocols when necessary.

• Provide guidance to Sales, Deal Desk, Customer Success, and Procurement on day-to-day legal issues, acting as a practical, business-focused partner.

• Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and self-service documents that empower business teams to manage standard legal procedures autonomously.

• Lead the automation of repetitive legal tasks, including the implementation and testing of AI tools for contract review, drafting, and knowledge management.

• Investigate legal requirements across various jurisdictions and convert them into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Enhance the Legal department's scalability with the business by establishing processes that do not increase workload with each new deal.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within an IT firm.

• Proficient in business-level English communication skills (B2 or higher).

• Demonstrated experience and in-depth knowledge of Intellectual Property law.

• Proven track record in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and vendor agreements, including situations requiring judgment beyond a standard framework.

• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational abilities with a focus on results.

• High adaptability, curiosity, and analytical thinking when tackling new challenges, with a willingness to learn.

• Practical interest in utilizing AI and technology tools within legal workflows.

• Preferred: Previous legal experience at a Big 4 firm or within a pharmaceutical company.
