Senior Spring Boot Back-End Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance backend services, implementing business rules according to specified requirements and architecture;

• Integrate applications with systems and data sources, processing information and providing APIs and services for various platform channels;

• Participate in technical definitions, demand refinements, and risk and dependency analyses;

• Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability through best development practices, testing, and code reviews;

• Address complex problem-solving and facilitate the continuous evolution of applications and services;

• Support architectural advancements and promote technical best practices within the team;

• Serve as a technical reference, contributing to the development of other professionals and the quality of deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot;

• Knowledge of microservices architecture, system integration, and REST APIs;

• Proficiency in object-oriented programming, Design Patterns, SOLID principles, and best development practices;

• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases;

• Familiarity with messaging services and asynchronous processing;

• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and software quality strategies;

• Knowledge of Git, GitHub, and CI/CD processes;

• Experience with observability, troubleshooting, log analysis, application performance, resilience, and security;

• Experience with applications in cloud environments and the ability to propose technical solutions aligned with business needs;

• Experience with agile tools and demand management, such as Jira.

• Desirable:

• Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, including Generative AI and the use of LLMs;

• Experience applying AI solutions in products, automation, or development processes.
