This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive video demonstrations of NCSA's online resources and advantages for families during evening hours and weekends (Mon-Thurs 5pm-11pm; Saturday 9am-5pm; Sunday 12pm-9pm)

• Align the requirements of student-athletes with the suitable NCSA membership

• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process

• Engage in sales team meetings via video conferencing

• Utilize technology such as CRM and other relevant software

• Achieve and/or surpass monthly sales targets that influence your unlimited earnings potential

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in sales or coaching

• Previous collegiate athletic or coaching background

• A strong enthusiasm for sports and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service

• Proficient general computer skills, including proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, etc.) and the capability to quickly adapt to new technologies.

• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)

• Comprehensive understanding of the athletic recruiting process

• Bachelor's degree
