• Plans and implements a moderately complex sales strategy.
• Establishes and upholds call objectives within the designated region.
• Develops effective call plans and executes personalized prescriber action plans.
• Utilizes successful selling models and techniques.
• Maintains an updated database to log sales call details.
• Keeps an extensive knowledge base of the product.
• Prepares for and actively engages in mandatory sales conferences and training sessions.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry is essential.
• B2B sales experience is a requirement.
• Ability to comprehend technical issues (medical, computer, data analysis).
