Senior Specialist, Trustee Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Overseeing various facets of trustee operations to ensure seamless processes and exceptional customer service.

• Reviewing and executing trustee-related documents while ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.

• Processing and updating VA appraisals and associated documents within the system.

• Collaborating with clients, appraisers, and legal teams to address issues and facilitate smooth operations.

• Responding to inquiries from borrowers, lienholders, realtors, and attorneys via phone, email, and fax.

• Maintaining and updating team manuals while providing support to team members on operational matters.

• Conducting quality control checks on trustee operations processes.

• Managing document recording and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

• Assisting in the review of foreclosure files and collaborating with the litigation team as necessary.

• Updating and maintaining various spreadsheets pertinent to trustee operations.

• Contributing to the ongoing enhancement of trustee operations processes and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Mortgage Trustee Servicing, title servicing, or foreclosure.

• Comprehensive understanding of trustee services, processes, and procedures.

• Experience with recording in a title or trustee role.

• Notary certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with reverse mortgage services is advantageous.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Customer-centric approach with a professional demeanor.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
