Senior Specialist, Transfer Pricing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Prepare and evaluate transfer pricing documentation, which includes Local Files, Master Files, and benchmarking studies.

• Assist in the creation, execution, and upkeep of SGS transfer pricing policies and intercompany pricing models.

• Draft and oversee intercompany agreements in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders.

• Offer transfer pricing guidance to regional and local teams on intricate business and tax issues.

• Aid in transfer pricing audits, APAs, MAPs, and other tax controversy matters.

• Engage in M&A activities, business integration, and initiatives for process enhancement.

• Contribute to the implementation of transfer pricing technology and process automation.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders throughout SGS's global organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in transfer pricing, ideally in a multinational setting.

• A university degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Law, or a related field.

• Strong comprehension of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and international transfer pricing principles.

• Experience in preparing or reviewing Local Files, Master Files, benchmarking studies, and intercompany agreements.

• Excellent analytical abilities and the capacity to transform financial and operational data into actionable recommendations.

• Familiarity with transfer pricing databases and research tools such as Moody’s, Bureau van Dijk, RoyaltyStat, or similar resources.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and a good understanding of data-driven working methods.

• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders across various countries and functions.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• A proactive, solution-focused attitude and the capability to work independently in a global context.
