Senior Specialist, Technology Training – Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Design and implement role-specific training programs (both in-person and virtual) for all main systems (e.g., Yardi, Sherpa, UKG).

• Develop and manage training content and materials, which include: Playbooks, Job aids, Quick-reference guides, and Absorb courses.

• Ensure training is applicable, workflow-oriented, and consistent with how work is executed in the field.

• Conduct onboarding sessions and continuous training for current team members.

• Assist with technology adoption initiatives related to new system rollouts, enhancements, and updates.

• Implement structured change management strategies, ensuring users comprehend the changes and how to integrate them into their daily tasks.

• Reinforce expected usage through continuous training, communication, and coaching.

• Collect user feedback and pinpoint friction areas to enhance both training and system usability.

• Collaborate with the People team to facilitate new hire onboarding, ensuring timely and effective system training.

• Define and deliver training that empowers employees to achieve proficiency swiftly and confidently.

• Monitor training effectiveness and adoption patterns; modify strategies to enhance results.

• Work closely with COO and Operations Leadership, Training & Development / People Team, IT / Technology Teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in training, enablement, or operational support in a multi-site setting (senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or similar).

• Strong capability to deliver engaging training sessions both in-person and virtually.

• Demonstrated experience in creating practical, user-friendly training materials.

• Experience in promoting technology adoption or managing system implementations.

• Ability to simplify systems into clear, straightforward workflows and instructions.

• Highly collaborative, with the ability to establish trust with field teams.

• Strong execution focus with an emphasis on clarity, consistency, and speed.
