Senior Manager, Commercial Training – Ophthalmology Market Access

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for assisting all facets of Ophthalmology commercialization, including reimbursement, marketing, market access strategy, patient services, and sales.

• Design and develop product training for pre-launch, post-launch, POA, and advanced training initiatives.

• Create and lead workshops for POA and other training sessions.

• Develop content for and conduct training for new hires, Phase II, and advanced training programs.

• Support the development of Field trainers.

• Collaborate and synchronize with field force effectiveness, medical, commercial operations, market access, and brand marketing to create impactful training programs.

• Ensure that training is delivered in line with company policies and procedures and adheres to all relevant laws and regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Over 8 years of experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical/biotech sector, with 4-5 years of proven success in Reimbursement, Reimbursement Leadership, or Commercial and Reimbursement Training & Development.

• A minimum of 2 years of training or regional training experience is preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across various departments and build effective teams.

• Proven expertise in presentation, facilitation, collaboration, and influencing skills is essential.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities, along with strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.

• Demonstrated proficiency in both oral and written technical communication, along with a background in instructional design.
