Senior Manager – Teacher Training & Professional Development

📋 Description

• Enhancing teacher capabilities within the government education system to promote student agency.

• Identify and analyze the fundamental issues affecting the quality of training.

• Develop practical and contextually relevant solutions.

• Create adaptable and scalable training methodologies and post-training support systems that are rooted in the realities of implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in large-scale teacher training and curriculum design for public schools.

• Previous classroom experience is a valuable asset.

• Proven experience collaborating with government stakeholders and educators.

• In-depth knowledge of effective teacher professional development models and experiential learning.

• Understanding of large-scale teacher capacity building.

• Proficiency in research, data analysis, and identifying specific issues.

• Capability to observe and evaluate the needs of teachers.

• Expertise in facilitating both small and large group discussions.

• Highly innovative and entrepreneurial in approach.
