This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop talent practices that are scalable on a global level, effectively functioning across different regions and employee demographics.
• Create tools and frameworks that empower HR Business Partners to implement talent practices with assurance and uniformity.
• Utilize data, AI-driven platforms, and talent technology to innovate the development and advancement of personnel.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to integrate bench development with external sourcing efforts.
• Achieve measurable outcomes that align with the objectives of the team, function, and overall company.
• Convert strategic initiatives into actionable plans that foster business results.
• Recognize and pursue opportunities to enhance performance, efficiency, or growth.
• Lead a streamlined team using a high-impact operating model, safeguarding strategic resources by engaging with the BPO model for administrative and coordination tasks.
• Construct performance and development frameworks with the employee experience as a priority, ensuring the end-user perspective is central to all design choices.
• Leverage talent data and workforce insights to guide decisions on development investments and assess the return on investment for learning, succession, and performance initiatives.
• Over 10 years of progressively responsible HR experience, with direct accountability for talent development, performance management, succession planning, and/or learning and development.
• More than 7 years of experience in team leadership.
• Demonstrated success in building or significantly overhauling talent frameworks within complex, matrixed, or rapidly growing organizations.
• Experience with the Center of Excellence (COE) operating model.
• Proven ability to design globally scalable talent practices that effectively operate across different regions without necessitating separate programs for each market.
• Practical experience with contemporary learning and talent technologies (such as LMS, performance platforms, and assessment tools); a genuine interest in AI-enabled development.
