This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Manage and oversee a portfolio of payer contract products from the initial agreement to market launch, aiming to enhance practice enrollment while proactively identifying potential challenges and implementing effective solutions. Supervise timelines, milestones, and deliverables from contract signing to market activation and ongoing growth assessment.
• Create, launch, and manage strategies aimed at the Payer segment, which include targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and personalized marketing initiatives directed at high-priority payer organizations.
• Lead collaborative efforts focused on product growth with essential stakeholders (such as Payer Strategy, Performance, Market P/L, Corporate Marketing, and Sales teams) to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the product and the achievement of growth objectives.
• Conduct research and devise strategies to enhance communication with healthcare payers, while also understanding and articulating value-based care contract terms that are relevant and appealing to primary care providers.
• Provide reports on campaign effectiveness (including contract signatures, market activation, and ongoing growth measurement) by drawing evidence-based insights and making recommendations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in product management or go-to-market execution, with a thorough understanding of contract terms pertinent to healthcare payer products.
• Capability to establish and sustain collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Advanced verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong initiative and a proactive approach; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and project management software.
• Requires an in-depth understanding of contract terms and mechanisms for value capture within each payer product for which this role is accountable, necessitating industry knowledge of healthcare payers.
