Senior Specialist – Contract Management OTR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Attorneys and non-attorneys assisting with the commercial aspects of the business, which include the development of contracts and management of agreements, as well as sales of products and services to external customers and government contracts.

• Analyzes straightforward internal and external business challenges and suggests optimal practices to enhance products, processes, or services.

• Remains updated on industry trends that could impact work.

• Non-legal contract specialists primarily focused on the 'Order to Remittance' stage of projects, which involves managing commercial matters, relationships with customers and suppliers, claims, disputes, and insurance.

• Requires specialized knowledge and/or extensive expertise within their field.

• May oversee functional teams or projects with minimal resource demands, risk, or complexity.

• Articulates complex concepts and may sway the opinions of others on specific issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

• Extensive experience in Legal & Contract Management during the Order to Remittance phase.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish.
