Strategic Sourcing Analyst – Technology Sourcing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to support Trinity Health leadership in enhancing operational efficiency.

• Conducts audits of departmental information, generates reports, and recommends improvements.

• Engages in collaborative performance enhancement initiatives.

• Employs various system applications for analysis, report generation, and educational resources.

• Maintains an up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

• Gathers and verifies large datasets to ensure accuracy.

• Creates dashboards, reports, and visual representations utilizing tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

• Aids in competitive bidding procedures and opportunities for contract optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus on business, supply chain management, or data science.

• Minimum of 3 years of sourcing experience or a suitable combination of education and work experience.

• In-depth knowledge and proficiency in advanced data analytics and procurement practices, including intermediate to advanced Excel capabilities.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable applications.

• Excellent analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner.

• Experience in data visualization, statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools.

• Competence in identifying issues, recommending solutions, and implementing those solutions effectively.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with an emphasis on detail, accuracy, and customer service skills.

• Capability to function effectively within a large, multi-tiered, geographically dispersed organization.
