This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop tracks and analyze procurement data and packages to provide recommendations for enhancing quality, schedule, and efficiency.
• Gather procurement requirements from the government Requiring Technical Authority (RTA) to be utilized in acquisition plans, determine resources, and monitor procurement packages.
• Prepare the technical data package (TDP) for each identified procurement requirement.
• Establish and maintain an electronic and/or hardcopy data library of documents and work order files related to documents received for processing.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/NMCARS, including adherence to the NSWC Crane Acquisition Quality Assurance Guide.
• Offer recommendations regarding policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Regulations and Directives for both FAR and Non-FAR based requirements.
• Act as a liaison between resource sponsors, program/project managers, their teams, and the US Navy contracting department.
• A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited university, accompanied by 7-10 years of professional experience in acquisition management support.
• A Secret clearance is required.
• Must be capable of sitting and standing for extended periods, as well as leading and participating in meetings and working groups.
• Excellent communication, organizational, creative, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with FAR and DFARS; knowledge of IT compliance for NAVSEA is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and transition between tasks swiftly.
• Capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Proficiency in using personal computers, with extensive experience in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
• Specific vision capabilities required for the role include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
