Senior Procurement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Lead the complete sourcing process for Professional Services and Consulting.

• Create and oversee a preferred supplier panel.

• Negotiate contract pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers directly.

• Facilitate efficient and effective purchasing services.

• Manage the portfolio of active agreements, including scope, pricing, amendments, and renewals.

• Initiate and drive portfolio consolidation projects.

• Supervise the sourcing process and manage tenders.

• Benchmark supplier rates and assess market positioning.

• Foster strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.

• Assess and continuously enhance procurement processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in procurement or related fields.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Strong commercial acumen.

• Proven experience in leading sourcing events.

• Capability to influence without direct authority at senior levels.

• Excellent analytical skills.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) is an advantage.
