This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lebanon.
β’ Oversee thematic quality assurance for EBM integration, implementation, and scaling by partners at the cluster level, ensuring the delivery of high-quality EBMs.
β’ Manage thematic support from Specialists within a cluster, ensuring prioritization and providing guidance on resource allocation.
β’ Ensure the operationalization of thematic and EBM guidance and standards to ensure contextual relevance in tailored support to countries and partners.
β’ Lead and/or facilitate adaptive learning cycles for EBMs at the cluster level, ensuring the development and execution of learning agendas, documentation of lessons learned, and that findings inform practice and strategic direction.
β’ Enhance organizational and partner capacity in MHPSS EBMs through training, mentoring, and scalable learning approaches.
β’ Represent and enhance the profile and reputation of War Child's EBM Care System Portfolio and thematic expertise externally in relevant forums, strengthening sector engagement, inter-agency collaboration, organizational credibility, and contributing to shaping policy and sector discourse.
β’ Contribute to the learning agenda for EBMs within your portfolio by gathering and sharing insights on partner experiences and feedback.
β’ Relevant academic qualifications or a closely related field.
β’ Experience in the thematic domain, particularly in humanitarian or post-conflict settings.
β’ Proven experience in collaborating with partners for the co-creation and delivery of programs.
β’ Demonstrated expertise in program design, needs assessment, learning cycles, and quality assurance.
β’ Experience in developing methods, tools, guidelines, training, and learning materials.
β’ Proven ability to facilitate trainings, workshops, and virtual learning sessions.
β’ Experience in program or grant management is advantageous.
β’ Fluency in English is essential for this position.
β’ Proficiency in additional languages may be beneficial depending on stakeholder groups and organizational context, such as Arabic, Dari, French, Spanish, or Ukrainian.
β’ Eligibility: This vacancy is open exclusively to internal candidates.
β’ Location: We operate on a global scale, with team members situated in numerous countries. War Child currently operates in Afghanistan, the Central African Republic, Colombia, DR Congo, Germany, Jordan, Lebanon, the occupied Palestinian territory, South Sudan, Sweden, Syria, Uganda, Ukraine (registration in progress), and Yemen. Our offices are also located in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
β’ Preference will be given to candidates residing in these locations who possess valid work authorization. Please note that War Child does not offer relocation assistance.
