Senior Sourcing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete sourcing process for intricate services engagements.

• Lead negotiations on commercial aspects including pricing, SLAs, renewals, termination rights, and essential business terms.

• Generate category-level insights by evaluating spending patterns, supplier concentration, demand signals, and market trends.

• Develop business cases and materials to support decision-making.

• Create and implement workflows driven by AI and automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or a related field.

• Demonstrated capability to independently manage complex sourcing initiatives and negotiations involving multiple stakeholders.

• Experience conducting quantitative analyses of vendor proposals, pricing models, benchmarks, and expenditure data.

• Knowledge of S2P systems (e.g., Zip, Ironclad).

• Proven effectiveness in an async-first working environment.
