Senior Sourcer, Quantitative Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Proactively identify a diverse pool of specialized technical talent across various searches, initially concentrating on Research positions.

• Collaborate closely with sourcers, recruiters, and hiring managers to create effective sourcing and engagement strategies.

• Institutionalize our talent acquisition strategies and outreach materials across the team to enhance overall sourcing effectiveness.

• Take responsibility for sourcing and talent strategy-related processes and initiatives, including launching new searches, evaluating talent markets, recalibrating searches, pushing for referrals, conducting large-scale sourcing campaigns, and testing innovative methods to attract key talent.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience, making their journey memorable, even for those who do not ultimately join our organization.

• Maintain and refine a high-performance recruiting process aimed at delivering exceptional quality hires efficiently and diligently.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with proven expertise in sourcing elite technical talent (PhD/scientist/research talent is highly preferred).

• A history of contributing to team efforts, including enhancing recruiting processes, building institutional knowledge, and developing recruiting content.

• A strong desire to collaborate with diverse and exceptionally talented teams.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

• Authorization to work in the United States.
