Senior Solutions Specialist / Associate Director / Director RCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of expanding Innovaccer’s Flow (RCM) business by identifying, shaping, and securing enterprise transformation opportunities with health systems, MSOs, and provider networks.

• Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and leaders in the Revenue Cycle.

• Assist clients in enhancing financial performance and operational efficiency through Innovaccer’s RCM solutions.

• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Solution Consulting teams to ensure the Flow Solution aligns with customer objectives and enterprise challenges.

• Develop transformation roadmaps for RCM.

• Construct ROI and performance improvement models.

• Support organizations during implementation and adoption phases.

• Conduct executive-level deal discussions and establish partnerships.

• Propel revenue growth across enterprise healthcare clients.

• Represent Innovaccer at executive briefings, industry events, and customer innovation sessions.

• Mentor and guide solution specialists, consultants, and solution engineers.

• Provide field insights to inform product direction, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–12+ years of experience in consulting, healthcare revenue cycle management, or roles focused on digital transformation.

• Demonstrated success in driving growth and managing large-scale RCM transformation initiatives within provider or health system settings.

• Extensive knowledge of U.S. healthcare revenue cycle operations, including charge capture, claims processing, denials, accounts receivable management, and financial analytics.

• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders, such as CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and leaders in Revenue Operations.

• Proven track record in solution-driven enterprise sales or consulting engagements concentrated on enhancing financial performance.

• Exceptional storytelling, analytical capabilities, and commercial insight.

• Capacity to connect technology and workflow automation to measurable business outcomes.

• Hands-on, collaborative leadership approach suitable for a dynamic, startup-like environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or engineering; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
