This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Collaborate with the Sales team using a "one-to-many" approach, offering extensive RCM and financial/practice management insights to valuable prospects and clients considering our solutions.
• Facilitate business and functional discovery sessions with potential customer stakeholders to grasp their specific operational challenges, clinical workflows, and overall goals.
• Create and present exceptional software demonstrations and presentations to prospective audiences, including Practice Administrators, Billers, Physicians, and executive leadership, clearly conveying value, winning themes, and competitive advantages.
• Utilize disciplined and structured presales methodologies to provide focused, seamless, and customer-centric presentation loops and materials.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams—including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership—to ensure thorough solution alignment and successful deals.
• Ensure consistent and detailed post-sale knowledge transfer to Customer Success and Professional Services teams to facilitate a smooth transition and optimal experience for new clients.
• Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert for RCM Products and Services. Partner with Product Managers to enhance the team's overall knowledge, develop educational training materials, and provide practical insights for ModMed's AI-driven product development.
• A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred; however, relevant professional experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, or 5+ years of combined experience in financial medical practice management/administration utilizing ModMed PM or competing RCM solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Practice Management and Revenue Cycle Management portfolios, with the ability to confidently demonstrate workflows across various medical specialties.
• A strong interest in and relevant experience with modern technology trends and AI-driven software solutions.
• Proven expertise in delivering highly engaging remote and hybrid presentations using collaboration and visualization tools (e.g., Google Meet, Figma, etc.).
• Exceptional ability to establish credibility, simplify complex financial concepts, and influence a diverse range of stakeholders from clinical staff to C-suite executives.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 65%.
