Senior Solutions Engineer – Public Sector – SLED

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Showcasing the advantages of Idira’s identity security solutions to both potential and existing SLED clients.

• Interacting with clients through demonstrations, presentations, meetings, and proof of concepts.

• Leading and overseeing the technology assessment phase of the sales cycle in partnership with the sales team.

• Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with public sector entities.

• Assisting and empowering Idira’s partner network.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in MIS/Computer Science or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• Over 5 years of experience in a presales technical position, preferably focused on identity management or security technologies.

• Proficiency in Government IT & Security Requirements, along with an understanding of public sector IT environments and security accreditation procedures.

• Team-oriented and solution-focused, capable of collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.

• Familiarity with identity security technologies and Identity and Access Management solutions.

• Practical experience in Windows Server and Active Directory administration.

• Background in IaaS/PaaS management and support within cloud service providers.
