
Senior Solutions Engineer – Fed IC/DoD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Conduct both virtual and in-person technical demonstrations of Armis solutions.
• Implement, set up, and oversee proof-of-value (POV) installations that highlight Armis capabilities tailored to customer challenges and use cases.
• Diagnose intricate network environments, integrating APIs and third-party products, to ensure favorable technical results for the opportunity.
• Facilitate technical training sessions on Armis solutions.
• Create and present structured technical project plans that oversee customer and Armis deliverables, requirements, and expectations for PoV engagements.
• Assist in marketing efforts, conferences, and speaking events as a technical subject matter expert.
• Respond to prospect and customer inquiries with clear and impactful verbal and written communication, including formal technical responses to questions and RFPs.
• Travel regularly within the DC metro area and to federal sites as needed (up to 40%).
• 6-8+ years of experience focused on networking and cybersecurity sales engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience/certifications).
• Active TS/SCI Clearance is required (with the ability to obtain a Lifestyle polygraph).
• Demonstrated experience in selling and engineering cybersecurity solutions (both SaaS and on-premises) within DoD and IC environments.
• Strong grasp of networking principles: routing, switching, VLANs, subnets, ports and protocols, and port configuration.
• Practical expertise in RHEL and Linux administration, containers, bare-metal builds, and system integration.
• Proficiency in REST APIs, scripting, and automation (Python preferred; Bash or PowerShell acceptable).
• Familiarity with ATO/IATT processes.
• Working understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST 800-82, RMF, DISA STIGs, etc.
• OT/ICS experience is considered a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with Application Security and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Security Operations Center activities, including Threat Hunting and adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• Expertise in vulnerability management including ACAS, Tenable/Nessus, CVEs, patch management, and CISA KEV catalog.
