Senior Solutions Engineer – Enterprise, Federal

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives during intricate technical sales processes.

• Facilitate discovery sessions to gain insights into customer architectures, security issues, compliance needs, and modernization projects.

• Create technical solutions that correspond with customer cloud-native settings.

• Develop tailored demonstrations focused on customer-specific scenarios.

• Lead discussions on architecture concerning Kubernetes, containers, software supply chain security, and cloud infrastructure.

• Plan and implement effective Proof of Concepts (POCs).

• Assist customer engineering teams in deployment and validation efforts.

• Resolve technical challenges during evaluation phases.

• Propel successful technical results that expedite sales cycles.

• Showcase RapidFort's platform to diverse audiences, from DevSecOps engineers to executive leaders.

• Illustrate the business impact of addressing vulnerabilities, reducing attack surfaces, and enhancing software supply chain security.

• Inform customers about contemporary cloud-native security best practices.

• Act as a representative for RapidFort at customer meetings, executive briefings, conferences, and industry events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Pre-Sales supporting enterprise cybersecurity or cloud infrastructure solutions.

• In-depth expertise in: Kubernetes.

• Docker.

• Linux.

• Containers & OCI Images.

• Cloud-native architectures.

• CI/CD pipelines.

• Comprehensive understanding of: Container image construction.

• Multi-stage Docker builds.

• Image optimization.

• Kubernetes deployments.

• Infrastructure automation.

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud.

• Strong grasp of: Software Supply Chain Security.

• SBOMs.

• Vulnerability Management.

• CVEs.

• Container Security.

• DevSecOps.
