This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Work in close collaboration with the Product Director and the Enterprise Sales Director to create and continuously enhance a go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the Enterprise segment.
• Propel sales execution by collaborating with the Client Development team throughout the sales cycle, from initial discovery to closing. This includes adopting a consultative, solution-oriented approach, addressing technical inquiries, providing tailored demonstrations and presentations, and involving subject matter experts as necessary.
• Oversee the comprehensive implementation and onboarding process for new enterprise clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales, managing technical requirements, and coordinating integrations.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of the Altruist platform to effectively demonstrate and articulate its various features.
• Remain updated on the technological landscape within the wealth management sector to discuss different tech stack configurations, integration capabilities, various use cases, and identify efficiency improvements for firms.
• Methodically gather advisor feedback throughout the sales cycle to influence company priorities, such as product roadmap and marketing strategies.
• Support the sales team’s objective of achieving predictable, scalable growth by proactively identifying improvements, meeting sales service level agreements (SLAs), and consistently ensuring accurate and complete records in Salesforce.
• Travel as necessary during both pre-sales and post-sales processes.
• Develop competitive insights and information regarding legacy custodians (such as Schwab, Fidelity, and Pershing) and gain an understanding of their business operations and products.
• Over 10 years of experience in a sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical pre-sales capacity, preferably in a B2B financial services or wealth management platform setting.
• Extensive domain knowledge, with a solid comprehension of the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) ecosystem, broker-dealer infrastructure, and portfolio management workflows. Familiarity with custodial platforms and compliance regulations is a significant advantage.
• Technical proficiency, demonstrated ability to comprehend and articulate intricate API integrations, data flows, and back-end processes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Expertise in enterprise selling, with a thorough understanding of enterprise sales cycles, including discovery, proof-of-concept, security reviews, etc. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the process.
• Licensing: SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses or the capacity to secure them within 90 days.
