Senior Solutions Engineer, Commercial – East

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales and success teams to provide technical presentations that illustrate our products and integrations to both prospective and existing clients.

• Address technical challenges, facilitate data migrations, and implement tailored solutions utilizing automation and similar tools.

• Design, develop, deploy, and manage customer-specific proof of concept (PoC) initiatives.

• Create custom reports and dynamic dashboards for the management teams of prospective clients.

• Support the functional and technical aspects of Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

• Keep abreast of new feature releases and maintain updated demo environments for the sales team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the technology sector. Ideally in pre-sales, but equivalent experience in consulting, implementation, or sales enablement is also acceptable.

• A minimum of 2 years of proven success working with commercial clients.

• Required: Bachelor of Science in a technical discipline preferred; completion of a 4-year degree is essential.

• Preferred: Additional relevant professional certifications (PMP, CSM, etc.) are advantageous.

• Preferred: Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing agentic workflow automation using AI platforms, including the use of autonomous agents for task orchestration, multi-step decision-making, and cross-application integrations to enhance scalable enterprise productivity.

• A solid understanding of application deployment processes that facilitate successful cloud transformation, change management, and organizational acceptance.

• Strong customer-facing abilities, including the capacity to influence both technical and executive audiences toward favorable outcomes.

• Innovative problem solver with a willingness to learn new technologies and a sufficient technical background to assist in developing lightweight custom solutions.

• Practical experience with integration platforms (Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat), web services, and APIs.
