This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance account growth and retention.
• Identify, clarify, analyze, organize, and implement significant projects.
• Accompany Account Executives on customer site visits as needed.
• Actively recognize and resolve potential manufacturing challenges (including DFM).
• Keep abreast of forthcoming customer projects and initiatives to ensure compatibility with Xometry's offerings.
• Collect customer insights and feedback to guide sales strategies.
• Support Pre-Sales Engineering by gathering information, analyzing it, and ultimately assembling accurate and competitive quotes.
• Merge customer insights, knowledge of Xometry partners, and familiarity with Xometry systems to swiftly meet customer demands and guide projects to completion.
• Provide project management and oversight for intricate opportunities.
• Over 10 years of pertinent experience in aerospace and defense engineering and manufacturing roles.
• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
• Experience utilizing Xometry’s services from a customer standpoint; partner experience is advantageous.
• Extensive knowledge of the methods, materials, culture, and products of firms such as Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Blue Origin, Anduril, General Dynamics, Moog, and SpaceX.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing principles, including drawings and GDT.
• Particularly strong experience in CNC machining; knowledge of composites, plastics, harnesses, and sheet metal fabrication is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO9001, AS9100d, ITAR, NIST, and other essential compliance and certification requirements.
• Exceptional English communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, extending to remote/digital environments.
• Willingness to travel to customer and/or partner sites as required; typical travel is 25%-35%.
• Preference for candidates in Mountain or Pacific time zones.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
