This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Collaborate with the sales team as a technical specialist during the discovery phase, scoping, and solution design while managing the technical narrative from the initial call to closure.
• Lead and present customized product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions that align Worth's capabilities with a prospect's compliance, onboarding, and underwriting processes.
• Formulate and implement comprehensive deployment plans, timelines, and success metrics for new client integrations, ensuring seamless transitions and rapid value realization.
• Act as the main technical liaison during client onboarding, coordinating with internal engineering, product, and data teams to address integration inquiries and assist client teams.
• Create and deliver customer training programs and technical documentation to enhance platform adoption and encourage self-sufficiency among users.
• Gather and analyze client feedback following implementation, collaborating with Product to convert real-world use cases into input for the product roadmap.
• Work alongside Customer Success Managers to spot expansion opportunities, bridge training gaps, and develop enablement materials that foster long-term account health.
• Keep abreast of trends in FinTech, RegTech, and AI, especially regarding KYB/KYC, AML, fraud detection, and SMB lending, and integrate this knowledge into client discussions and internal strategy meetings.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Implementation roles within FinTech, RegTech, or a B2B SaaS platform catering to financial institutions; experience in a startup or high-growth software environment is highly desirable.
• Proficient technical skills in SQL, Node.js, and React; comfortable collaborating directly with developer teams on integration scoping, troubleshooting, and technical validation.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their applicability in FinTech; experience with KYB, KYC, AML, or fraud/identity verification workflows is a major asset.
• Proven ability to lead complex implementations involving multiple stakeholders with conflicting timelines and technical requirements.
• Outstanding communication skills capable of conveying technical concepts clearly to compliance officers, operations leaders, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach; you prioritize client outcomes as if they were your own.
• Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Jira, Monday.com, or similar).
