This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Act as a subject matter expert regarding Toast products, extensible tools, and integrated partners.
• Serve as a trusted collaborator to Enterprise Sales Representatives.
• Convert business objectives into customized solutions that meet customer needs.
• Travel across the country to present Toast solutions to key stakeholders.
• Effectively showcase the value of a comprehensive solution to purchasing personas.
• Collaborate closely with the Toast product team.
• Utilize restaurant industry experience to advise prospects.
• Partner with the marketing team to plan and execute customer conferences.
• Relevant experience in hospitality, POS knowledge, or a related industry is required.
• Experience with multi-location brands, enterprise/franchise IT systems, or complex organizational structures is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel 30% or more to meet business requirements is essential.
• Strong presentation skills are required, including executive presence and the ability to clearly articulate complex products and concepts.
• Must be highly collaborative, acting as a trusted partner to sales, onboarding, and product teams.
• A solid understanding of APIs is necessary; coding skills are not required.
• Must be highly organized, demonstrating a proven capability to manage a multi-stage pipeline of high-touch deals while ensuring strong ownership and follow-through.
• Ability to handle complex customer communications fluently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
