Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Join Onyx Security and assist in developing the control plane for autonomous AI.

• Act as a reliable technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.

• Aid prospects and customers in comprehending how our AI security platform integrates into their environments.

• Align technical value with business requirements.

• Facilitate successful onboarding processes.

• Lead technical discovery and design pre-sales solutions.

• Showcase product capabilities to both technical and executive audiences.

• Create customized solutions that reflect customer environments and priorities.

• Assist with proofs of concept, evaluations, and technical validation efforts.

• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to establish feedback loops from the field.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in presales engineering, solution architecture, or related fields.

• Strong practical knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, and cloud technologies.

• Experience with networking, security, and enterprise technical environments.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

• Capacity to address business challenges through technical design.

• Preferred experience in AI security, cloud security, or cybersecurity platforms.

• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and enterprise architecture is a plus.
