This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• In the role of Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical go-to-market strategy for AudioGraph.
• You will serve as the most technically adept individual on the commercial team, leading intricate pre-sale engagements, creating repeatable implementation playbooks, and establishing the operational framework for an exceptional customer experience from the initial pitch to the final campaign evaluation.
• Your work will have a direct and quantifiable influence on sales efficiency, deal progression, and customer retention.
• Lead technical pre-sale engagements with agency holding companies and mid-market agencies, translating AudioGraph’s features into solutions that fit their purchasing workflows, planning tools, and key performance indicators.
• Develop reusable pitch materials—technical one-pagers, demo environments, objection-handling frameworks, ROI calculators—that empower sales teams to advance deals without waiting for Solutions Engineer availability.
• Streamline the proposal process by managing a standardized deal configuration workflow: audience strategy, market selection, measurement methods, and pricing structures that are templated and ready for customization.
• Actively participate in high-stakes pitch meetings and respond to RFPs; take ownership of the technical narrative that sets AudioGraph apart from competing audio solutions.
• Educate and empower the sales team through regular technical workshops, deal clinics, and one-on-one coaching on how to effectively position AudioGraph’s capabilities.
• Design and manage the comprehensive client lifecycle playbook, ensuring smooth transitions between sales, ad operations, and client services at every stage—clients should never feel as though they are starting anew with a different team.
• Create campaign configurations for complex deals, including audience layering, frequency management, creative specifications, and cross-platform measurement designs.
• Contribute to the product roadmap by translating field-level technical insights into prioritized requirements; engage in sprint reviews and participate in beta testing of new functionalities.
• 5–8 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical account management, or advanced ad operations within the programmatic advertising sector.
• Profound knowledge of the programmatic supply chain, including bid mechanics, deal structures (PMP/PG/preferred deals), header bidding, and SSP-DSP integration patterns.
• Direct experience with major Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) such as Amazon, TTD, DV360, Viant, Basis, or their equivalents, from a technical integration or partnership standpoint.
• Practical expertise with ad serving platforms (Triton, GAM, FreeWheel, or similar), covering deal setup, inventory packaging, and log-level troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of audience data architecture, including identity graphs, data onboarding, clean rooms, and the flow of audience segments through the programmatic ecosystem.
• Familiarity with measurement and attribution methodologies (pixel-based, exposure file, foot traffic, brand lift) and experience with at least one vendor in the measurement space.
• Proven capability to work independently in uncertain environments and lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
• Exceptional communication skills, comfortable presenting to agency executives as well as troubleshooting bid streams with engineers.
