Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical sales process aimed at acquiring new clientele, collaborating closely with Account Executives.

• Identify and evaluate customer challenges by providing product demonstrations, engaging in Proof of Concepts, facilitating technical discussions, and responding to inquiries.

• Collaborate with both new and existing partners and service providers to uncover new mutual opportunities and establish technical partnerships.

• Contribute to the success and expansion of the current customer base in partnership with Customer Success Managers.

• Work alongside other departments, including marketing and product development, to shape product direction based on customer insights and assist with webinars and content creation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a prior role as a Solutions Consultant, Solutions Architect, or Solutions Engineer for a B2B vendor.

• Proven history of delivering solutions and engaging with technical customer personas, such as developers and architects.

• Capability to present advanced technical subjects and deliver customized demonstrations to diverse audiences.

• Experience in the technology sector, preferably in API management, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and integration.

• Solid understanding of the AI industry and contemporary Agentic tools and protocols (MCP, A2A, LLMs).

• Strong grasp of Identity & Access Management, including OAuth Protocol and JWT.

• Proficient knowledge of REST, JSON, and XML.

• Some scripting experience, ideally in Java or JavaScript/Python.

• Ability to design deployment architectures including High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR).

• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, continuous integration, and continuous delivery processes, as well as experience with Linux/Windows.
