Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales to identify customer challenges related to KYC, fraud prevention, account opening, and authentication workflows, while proposing customized solutions.

• Create and enhance user experiences by utilizing Entrust Identity solutions, facilitating API/SDK integrations across both web and mobile platforms.

• Oversee the technical components of trials and POCs, which includes establishing success criteria and validation methodologies.

• Assist in RFP/RFI processes by providing technical knowledge and industry insights.

• Develop demonstrations, customized solution presentations, and example integrations tailored to customer scenarios.

• Work closely with Product teams to relay customer insights and help shape product direction.

• Promote the adoption of new features and capabilities throughout the region.

• Contribute to global best practices within the Solutions Engineering domain.

• Represent Entrust at industry events, conferences, and webinars.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Presales, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Product Management with a strong focus on customer engagement.

• Demonstrated capability to drive value-based discussions utilizing structured sales methodologies.

• Practical experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, Ruby, Swift).

• Comprehensive understanding of RESTful APIs and contemporary integration patterns.

• Ability to guide developers through API/SDK integration processes.

• Strong sense of ownership with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.

• Background in SaaS or cloud-based environments.

• Proficient in both English and Malay.
