Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in recognizing the benefits of Cribl throughout the sales process.

• Demonstrate the product and address customer inquiries during initial sales conversations.

• Provide support to customers during proof of concept sessions.

• Document noteworthy use cases in blog articles and product documentation.

• Be prepared to travel up to 30% of the time.

• Occasionally undertake responsibilities outside of standard working hours across different time zones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security.

• Experience in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support roles.

• Openness to using the product and offering constructive feedback.

• Residency in Germany is mandatory.

• Fluency in both English and German, both written and spoken, is essential.

• Previous experience in remote work is advantageous.
