Senior Solutions Director – Collaboration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establishing the strategy and go-to-market plans for collaborative and modern workforce productivity solutions.

• Developing and executing a Collaboration strategy that aligns with organizational objectives.

• Working with national delivery teams to enhance and differentiate advanced solutions.

• Overseeing the go-to-market development for integrated technology and lifecycle service offerings within the Collaboration practice areas.

• Creating packaged solutions that ensure profitability and facilitate sustainable growth.

• Recognizing emerging trends and technologies in Collaboration.

• Coordinating and aligning with the strategy team and leadership to support AI, cloud, and other initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record managing profit and loss for a specific line of business.

• Demonstrated success in fostering partnerships between various independent entities.

• Experience in sales and relationship-building positions.

• History of managing and delivering IT projects on schedule and within budget.

• Established success in selling solutions to CXO and VP-level clients.

• Knowledge and experience in marketing Collaboration products and services.

• Experience migrating on-premises solutions to contemporary cloud platforms.

• Familiarity with AI-driven productivity technologies, such as AI meeting assistants.

• Understanding of workflow automation and integration with applications like ServiceNow and Salesforce.

• Experience in developing customer success programs to promote the adoption of new features.

• Knowledge of consumption-based pricing models.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.

• At least 10 years of progressively successful career advancement in an IT-related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Collaboration solutions.

• At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles focused on practice or business development.
