Senior Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Ensure Technical Success: Collaborate closely with Sales teams to drive revenue opportunities, enhance upselling of new solutions, and broaden our Azure Consumption Revenue (ACR) presence within key T1 and T2 accounts.

• Consult & Architect: Facilitate technical discovery sessions, present customized Proof of Value (PoV/PoC) demonstrations, conduct organized architectural workshops, and create persuasive responses to RFX/RFIs.

• Build Trusted Relationships: Gain a deep understanding of our customers' business goals and technical environments to foster long-term partnerships, assisting them in minimizing digital experience interruptions and maximizing platform value.

• Promote Innovation: Proactively advocate for new product features in the market while relaying structured feedback from the field directly to New Relic Product Managers and Engineering leaders to drive future platform development.

• Collaborate Across Functions: Enhance the team’s operational capabilities by working together with Solution Architects, Partner teams, and Customer Success colleagues to navigate the complexities of enterprise environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mastery in Enterprise Pre-Sales: A demonstrated ability to lead and manage large, intricate pre-sales or technical consulting projects for enterprise-level organizations.

• Expertise in Modern Cloud: Practical knowledge of cloud technologies, including Kubernetes, containers, microservices, SRE practices, DevOps, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Comprehensive Technological Understanding: A solid foundation that covers modern enterprise layers, from user experience and cloud applications to infrastructure, networks, data, and security.

• Data-Driven Consulting Skills: A strong understanding of how telemetry, insights, and data facilitate improved decision-making in complex global organizations.

• Excellent Stakeholder Management: Outstanding communication abilities to engage, influence, and establish credibility with both engineering teams and C-suite stakeholders.

• Language Proficiency: Professional fluency (both written and spoken) in German and English to effectively support the DACH and EE regions.
