Senior Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Clearly present our fraud prevention, policy development, and other e-commerce optimization solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with our Sales and Business Development team, engage with clients, and provide technical insights to address business inquiries related to the sales process.

• Conduct in-depth solution discussions with clients and partners to comprehend their business objectives and how Forter can assist in meeting and exceeding these targets.

• Eliminate obstacles for potential clients by effectively communicating Forter's integration technology and aiding in project scoping with a strong commitment to quality.

• Prepare and convey solution messaging to emphasize Forter's value proposition and distinctive advantages.

• Collaborate with internal Product and R&D teams to relay client and prospect feedback, as well as insights for the product roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role with an enterprise B2B product in the e-commerce sector.

• Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including fraud prevention, identity verification, and payments, as well as experience with cloud technologies and APIs related to these leading solutions for merchants.

• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and quantitative abilities.

• Capacity to work independently and handle multiple projects concurrently.

• Proficiency in building robust relationships with business partners and stakeholders.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience in delivering presentations and demonstrations to senior-level business and technical audiences.

• Ability to quickly learn and absorb technical information.

• Proficient in both German and English.
