This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Facilitate technical discovery sessions with prospective clients to gain insight into their needs, challenges, and goals
• Create and present engaging technical demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concepts that highlight Spacetime's features
• Collaborate with sales teams to formulate technical proposals, solution architectures, and implementation plans
• Offer technical advice during pre-sales interactions and assist with customer pilot initiatives
• Develop and sustain technical documentation for customer-facing resources, such as reference architectures and solution briefs
• Assist customers in navigating technical validation procedures and aid them in constructing business cases
• Serve as a reliable technical consultant to customers throughout their evaluation process
• Work in partnership with product teams to provide market insights and shape the product roadmap
• Contribute to proposal creation with technical content and architectural suggestions
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Over 7 years of experience in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or related customer-facing technical positions
• In-depth knowledge of distributed systems, cloud computing, and networking concepts
• Strong technical background in satellite and wireless communications
• Proven ability to convert intricate technical ideas into business value propositions
• History of successful technical sales interactions and solution creation
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities with both technical and business audiences
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and contemporary software architectures
• Knowledge of spectrum management, network orchestration, or related technical areas
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
